The site is operated under the public name Arcadelier. For privacy requests, email privacy@arcadelier.com. Personal addresses are not published on the site.
Data we process
- Technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, user agent and security logs.
- Aggregate page-view and performance metrics collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies, localStorage or user fingerprinting.
- Your Analytics consent preference, stored locally in your browser.
- Usage and interaction data collected by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only after consent.
- If you use Google sign-in for a feature that requires it: a pseudonymous identifier, display name and technical session. Arcadelier never receives your Google password.

Providers and recipients
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and aggregate Web Analytics without using client-side state to identify visitors. With your consent, the site also uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Providers process data under their own terms and may operate outside the European Economic Area using transfer mechanisms provided by applicable law.

Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. The technical sign-in session may last up to 30 days. Microsoft generally states 30 days for Clarity playbacks and up to 9 months for aggregate click data, heatmaps and labeled sessions. Provider retention periods may change in their notices.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, or withdraw consent through “Cookie settings”. Email privacy@arcadelier.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority.
Children and changes
Arcade Atelier is not intended to knowingly collect children's personal data. This notice may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change; the date above shows the latest revision.
